2013 – Indoor: Clocked a personal best time of 10:20.10 in the 3,000 meters to place third at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 25)… In the mile events, finished 26th (5:07.94) at the Alex Wilson Invitational (March 2), 17th (5:08.47) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8) and fifth (5:09.91) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25)… Was part of a distance medley group that placed ninth (12:16.65) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8) and sixth (12:38.22) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25). Outdoor: Recorded a personal best in the 3,000 meter run at the State Farm/ESU Relays to place second in a time of 10:36.69… placed eighth in the 800 meter run at the Missouri Relays with a time of 2:31.10 and seventh in the 1,500 meter run in a time of 4:51.86… finished third in the 1,500 meter run at the Saluki Open (4:53.57), fourth at the Track-It Buster Invitational (4:49.94), ninth at the Kansas Relays (4:49.34) and 10th at The Summit League Championships (4:50.66).
2012 -- Indoor: Set a personal best time of 2:20.81 in the 800 meters to place sixth at the Jayhawk Classic (1/27)... Recorded a personal best time of 5:06.66 in the mile event to place ninth in Section 2 at The Summit League Championships (2/25)... This performance was also the fifth best in team history... Placed 28th (5:07.67) at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) and third (5:11.79) at the Kansas State Invitational (1/14) in the mile events... Was part of a distance medley group that set a school record with a time of 12:06.63 to place fourth at The Summit League Championships (2/24)... Was part of a distance medley group that placed second (12:28.51) at the Jayhawk Classic (1/27). Outdoor: Recorded UMKC personal best times in the 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:24.61 at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7) and in the 1,500 Meter Run with a time of 4:45.29 and in the 5,000 Meter Run with a time of 18:59.34 at The Summit League Championships (5/12)... finished seventh at the Missouri Relays (3/24) in the 1,500 Meter Run... finished third at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7)as part of the 4x400 Meter Relay Team.
