2013 – Indoor: Set a school-record of 4:06.18 in the mile event to place 19th at the Alex Wilson Invitational (March 2)… Was part of a Distance Medley group that set a school-record (9:59.11) to win the gold medal at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)… Won the bronze medal (4:11.60) in the mile event at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25)… Clocked a personal best time of 1:56.32 in the 800 meters, in which was the fastest time by any Kangaroo during the season, to place second at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15)… Won the mile event with a time of 4:08.05 at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 9). Outdoor: Recorded the second fastest time in school history in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 3:48.91 at the Mt. SAC Relays to place 24th and the fourth fastest time in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 8:36.97 at the State Farm/ESU Relays to win the event… finished as the runner-up at the Saluki Open in the 1,500 meter in a time of 3:57.76… won the 3,000 meter run at the State Farm/ESU Relays in a time of 8:36.97.
Oklahoma -- Garnered back-to-back All-Big 12 honors in the 800 meters and as part of a distance medley relay squad.
High School - Competed for three seasons... In the 1,600 meters, clocked a 4:20.50 as sophomore, 4:11.06 as a junior and 4:07.24 (school record) as a senior... Ran a 1:54.93 as a junior and 1:52.78 as a senior in the 800 meters... Was part of a 4x800-meter relay school-recording group that crossed the finish at 7:49.
