2015 – Indoor: Was a member of the first-place 4x400-meter relay team at the Bob Timmons Challenge… Set a personal-record in the 600 yards at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 1:24.40… Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that won the Tiger Invitational… Set a personal-record in the 800 meters with a time of 2:17.53 at the Nebraska Tune-Up… Took first-place in the 800 meters at the WAC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:18.81. Outdoor: Took first in the 800 meters at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic… Helped the 4x400 relay team place first at the ASU Red Wolf Open… Recorded a career-fastest 800 meters at the WAC Championships with a time of 2:13.84 and was a member of the title-winning 4x400 relay team.
2013 – Indoor: In the 600-yard run events, placed first (1:27.06) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6), fourth (1:29.68) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11) and seventh (1:37.84) at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 12)… Was part of a 4x400-meter relay squad that finished fourth (3:54.10) at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 12), fourth (3:55.02) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6) and fourth (4:07.45) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11). Outdoor: Did not compete.
2012 -- Indoor: Recorded a personal best time of 41.65 in the 300 meters to place ninth at the Holiday Preview (12/9), which was the fourth best performance in team history... Set a personal best time of 57.79 in the 400 meters to place 19th at the Iowa State Classic (2/10)... Placed 13th (59.14) in the preliminary round of the 400 meters at The Summit League Championships (2/24)... Placed second (P.M. Session) in the 600-yard run at the Jayhawk Classic with a school-record time of 1:25.68... Finished fifth (1:28.26) at the Wildcat Invitational (1/21), second (1:29.94) in Section 1 of the Bill Easton Classic (1/7), and eighth (1:38.47) at the Holiday Inn Invitational (1/14) in the 600-yard run events... Recorded a personal best time of 2:23.33 to place 12th in the 800 meters at the Varsity Apartments Invitational (2/4)... 2011 -- Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Placed 29th (27.11) in the 200-meter dash at the K.T. Woodman Invitational (4/16)... Crossed the finish line at 27.61 to place 27th in the 200-meter dash at the CMU Breast Cancer Awareness Invite (4/9)... In the 400-meter run events, placed 13th (59.69) at the Wichita State BCS Buster Invitational (4/30), 10th (1:00.35) in the preliminary round at The Summit League Championships (5/13), and 14th (1:01.04) at the CMU Breast Cancer Awareness Invite (4/9).
High School - Earned All-Conference, All-District, All-State, and First Team All-Metro in track-and-field as a freshman, sophomore, and junior... In the 2007 Class 4A Conference Competition, placed second in the 400m event... 2008-10, finished first in the 400m event in the Class 4A Conference Competition... Holds school records in the 400m, 4x800m relay, 4x200m relay, and 4x400m relay events... Ran for the Kansas City High Performance track club and was All-American athlete for four years... Played center in basketball for two years... Ran cross country for one season... As a sophomore, ran a 57.1 in a 400m event and a 2.17 in a 800m event...
