Kansas City Falters Down the Stretch to Oral Roberts on Senior Day

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City Women's Basketball (7-21, 4-11) came up just short in a close 70-68 clash with Oral Roberts (14-13, 7-7) on Saturday afternoon. Before the game, Senior Day festivities took place on the Swinney Center floor as the Roos honored eight seniors: Funmi Amode, Jumoke Adaramoye, Carleigh Andrews, Kelby Bannerman, Zaire Harrell, Hallie Majoros, Tierra Trotter and Jamyah Winter. The group totaled 37 points and 21 rebounds with six reaching the floor against the Golden Eagles.
