SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Kansas City's Luke Leonetti was named to the Summit League's Academic All-League Team, the conference announced on Thursday afternoon. Leonetti completed his senior season for the men's golf program while holding a 3.904 GPA as a business administration major and boasted a 3.85 GPA this past semester.

RIVERSIDE, Iowa -- Kansas City Men's Golf saw a strong result at the Hawkeye Invitational which wrapped up Tuesday afternoon. At seventh place, the Roos were 15 strokes over par for the tournament which added up to 879 strokes across the three rounds. In relation to other teams in the Summit League, KC finished ahead of the likes of Omaha and South Dakota but just behind North Dakota State and South Dakota State.
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Kansas City Men's Golf took a share of 11th place at the Robert Kepler Invitational over the weekend. The Roos totaled 868 strokes as a team and shot +4 through three rounds on a challenging course. KC tied with conference-rival South Dakota State while finishing above the likes of Indiana, Butler, Southern Illinois and Northern Illinois.
