Roos Finish Fourth at Nassau Invitational

Brooklyn, NY -- Kansas City Men's Golf finished fall season play well by taking fourth place as a team at the Nassau Invitational Tuesday afternoon. The Roos were +41 on the course across all three rounds including +12 in round one, +17 in round two and +12 in round three. The Roos finished ahead of most of the competition, edging out Utah Valley, Deleware and Villinova for the fourth spot. Kansas City finished just below the top three which included Army, Fairfield and Rhode Island.

Kansas City Finishes Ninth at Git-R-Done Invitational

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City Men's Golf continued their fall season, coming in ninth place at the Git-R-Done Invitational in Lincoln, Neb. on Tuesday afternoon. The Roos shot 866, +14 as a team to place over Creighton, Omaha and Missouri State among the 12 team field. The Roos rebounded after a +18 showing in round one with back-to-back below par outings as a team, shooting -3 and -1 in rounds two and three respectively to close out the invitational strong. Kansas City was one of four teams to total an under-par team performance in multiple rounds as Nebraska, Kansas State and Iowa State did the same at the Firethorn Golf Club.
