The Kansas City Roos wrapped up their home season on Senior Night in a powerful matchup against the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles, turning the arena into a celebration of resilience, pride, and Roos tradition. With a final score of 94–70 with the Golden Eagles winning, the night was about more than the scoreboard. It was about honoring the senior class for their leadership, commitment, and lasting impact on the program. From emotional pregame recognitions to high-energy plays and a packed crowd filled with family, friends, and fans. As the Roos close the chapter on their home season, their focus now shifts to postseason play as they head into the Summit League Tournament, carrying momentum, unity, and Roos pride into championship season.

Petty Goes for 18 on Senior Night Against Oral Roberts

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City Men's Basketball (4-26, 1-15 Summit) dropped the final game of the regular season to Oral Roberts this evening, 94-70. The Roos honored seniors Addarin Scott, Jerome Palm, Kasheem Grady II and Jayson Petty prior to the game and Petty followed the ceremony up with 18 points on 4-of-7 three-point shooting. Karmello Branch went for a team-high 22 points, adding a career-high five assists.
