UMKC, City of Kansas City Announce Roos' Return to Municipal
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City Basketball will have a new home starting in 2026-27, making the leap back to downtown Kansas City to play in historic Municipal Auditorium. A partnership between UMKC and the City of Kansas City will make Municipal the home of the Roos and place Kansas City's College Team right in the heart of the city.

KC's Season Comes to a Close at Summit League Championships
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The first game of the Summit League Softball Championships was a back-and-forth affair between #4 South Dakota and #5 Kansas City with the Coyotes prevailing in the end, 5-4. The Roos used timely hitting and smart base running to claim a lead in the top of the seventh, but USD put an end to KC's season in the bottom of the inning in walk off fashion.

Roos Place Eighth at Summit League Championship
MESA, Ariz. -- Kansas City Men's Golf concluded the 2025-26 season, placing eighth at the Summit League Championship on Tuesday afternoon. After day one on the Longbow Golf Course, the Roos started off in the mix by finishing at +4 as a unit, good for a tie of third in the team standings. Kansas City fell back to a tie for fifth after round two, marking up a score of +15 on Monday and tallying 587 strokes as a team. The Roos closed out the Summit Championship in eighth, closing out at 880 strokes and +28 over par across the three-day event.
