Kansas City Falters Down the Stretch to Oral Roberts on Senior Day
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City Women's Basketball (7-21, 4-11) came up just short in a close 70-68 clash with Oral Roberts (14-13, 7-7) on Saturday afternoon. Before the game, Senior Day festivities took place on the Swinney Center floor as the Roos honored eight seniors: Funmi Amode, Jumoke Adaramoye, Carleigh Andrews, Kelby Bannerman, Zaire Harrell, Hallie Majoros, Tierra Trotter and Jamyah Winter. The group totaled 37 points and 21 rebounds with six reaching the floor against the Golden Eagles.ย

Kansas City Picks Up 4-3 Win Over Missouri State
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Kansas City Women's Tennis picked up its first win of the spring season, taking down Missouri State 4-3 on Saturday afternoon. It was a tight battle but Kansas City started off with a point in doubles competition, stealing two out of three matches from the Bears. Cathrine Chrobak and Amal Gati took down Missouri State 6-4 in the second doubles match while Sophie Marshman and Alisa Reznik took the third and final doubles match to finalize solidify the Roos match-opening point.ย

FARGO, N.D. - Kansas City Men's Basketball (4-24, 1-13 Summit) fell behind early and could not find traction against North Dakota State (23-6, 13-1 Summit) this afternoon, 95-59. Kasheem Grady II led Kansas City with 15 points on 6-of-12 shooting.
