2015 – Indoor: Set a season-best mark in the weight throw at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invitational with a toss of 17.69 meters… Won the shot put at the WAC Indoor Championships with a season-best throw of 13.77 meters. Outdoor: Set a personal-record at the Rock Chalk Classic in the hammer throw with a mark of 53.00 meters… Set a season-best in the discus with a throw of 45.10 meters to earn the WAC Outdoor Championships title in the event… Also won the shot put at the Outdoor Championships with a personal-record throw of 14.28 meters… Was named the Women’s Outstanding Field Performer at the outdoor championships and was the High-Point Award winner.
2013 -- Indoor: Earned Summit League Track & Field Female Athlete of the Week honors (Jan. 8)… Won the bronze medal in the weight throw event at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24) with a personal best mark of 59-01.25 (18.01m), in what was the second furthest throw in UMKC history… Recorded a personal best mark of 42-00.50 (12.81m) in the shot put, in what was the fifth furthest throw in UMKC history, to place 11th at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25)… In the shot put events, took 13th (41-05.75 – 12.64m) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8), second (40-06.75 – 12.36m) at the Bill Easton Classic (Jan. 5), sixth (39-02.50 – 11.95m) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19), sixth (39-02.25 – 11.94m)) at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15), 12th (37-08.00 – 11.48m) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1) and ninth (35-02.50 – 10.73m) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11)… In the weight throw events, placed second (56-04.00 – 17.17m) at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15), second (55-06.40 – 16.93m) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11), second (55-02.75 – 16.83m) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6), fourth (54-04.00 – 16.56m) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19), third (53-11.00 – 16.43m) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1), first (53-07.50 – 16.34m) at the Bill Easton Classic (Jan. 5), eighth (51-05.00 – 15.67m) at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 25) and 16th (50-10.25 – 15.50m) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8). Outdoor: Recorded the third best mark in school history in the shot put with a mark of 13.01 meters at The Summit League Championships to place 13th, the fourth best mark in the discus with a toss of 45.26 meters at the State Farm/ESU Relays to place fourth and the fourth best mark in the hammer throw with a mark of 51.52 meters at the PSU/Wendy’s Invitational to place third… recorded one top-five and five top-10’s in the shot put, recorded on top-five and five top-10’s in the discus and two top- fives and six top-10’s in the hammer throw, including a third place finish at the Track-It Buster Invitational with a mark of 48.21 meters.
2012 -- Indoor: Recorded a personal best mark of 41-06.50 (12.66m) in the shot put to place second at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2)... Placed fifth (41-05.00 - 12.66m) in Flight 2 at the Bill Easton Classic (1/7), fourth (40-08.25 - 10.40m) at the Wildcat Invitational (1/21), ninth (40-08.25 - 12.40m) at the Holiday Preview (12/9), and fourth (40-02.75 - 12.26m) at the Kansas State Invitational (1/14) in the shot put events... Placed first in the weight throw at the Bill Easton Classic (1/7) with a personal best mark of 53-00.75 (16.17m)... Finished fifth (52-03.35 - 15.93m) at the Kansas State Invitational (1/14), third (51-06.50 - 15.71m) in Flight 1 at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2), eighth (50-01.25 - 15.27m) at the Wildcat Invitational (1/21), and eighth (48-00.75 - 14.65m) at the Holiday Preview in the weight throw events. Outdoor: Did not compete.
High School -- Earned junior varsity Most Improved honors as a freshman... Earned varsity Most Improved honors as a sophomore... Served as team captain and earned the team's MVP award along with All-State, All-Conference, and All-District honors as a junior and senior... Named Suburban Journal Athlete of the Week and 95.7 FM Sports Talk Radio Athlete of the Week as a senior... In Class 4 state tournament competition in the shot-put event, placed 15th (2009), fifth (2010), and fourth (2011)... Placed first in discus competition in the 2011 Class 4 State Tournament... In Class 4 Conference Tournament competition, placed second and third (2009), first (2010), and first (2011) in the shot-put and discus events... Hold numerous track-and-field school and St. Louis high school area records... Personal best in the shot-put event is 44'-8"... Personal best in the discus event is 149'-9" Played junior varsity basketball as a forward and center... Honor roll student in all four years... Was a member of Student Council, Empowering Young Women, DECA, and Girls Scouts of Eastern Missouri.
