2017: Outdoor - Competed in two meets for UMKC … Finished eighth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:38.55 at the Emporia State Relays … Clocked in the 12th-fastest time in the 5,000-meter run at the KT Woodman Classic, crossing the line in 18:50.61.
Indoor - Competed in three meets for the Roos … Finished fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a time of 18:46.60 … Turned in a season-best time of 10:42.03 in the 3,000-meter run at the Gorilla Classic.
2016: Outdoor- Placed fourth at the Beach Invitational in the 10K with a time of 37:25.45 … Placed eighth in the 10K at the WAC Outdoor championships with a time of 38:01.12.
Indoor- Won the 5K at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a time of 18:31.59 … Won the 3000M at the Jayhawk Classic with a season best of 10:30.66 … Placed 10th at the WAC Indoor Championships in the 5K with a time of 18:36.73.
2015: Outdoor- Took second-place in the 3,000 meters at the State Farm ESU Relays with a season-best time of 10:29.50… Ran a season-best 5,000 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic with a time of 18:01.94… Ran a career-best 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 35:50.28… Took second in the 10,000 meters at the WAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 38:21.70.
Indoor- Set a season-best time in the 3,000 meters at the Tiger Invitational with a time of 10:36.53… Placed second in the WAC Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters with a season-fastest time of 18:53.87.
Indoor- Placed third in the 3000M with a time of 10:21.50 at the 2014 Jayhawk Classic … Ran a PR of 5:20.50 in the mile and placed sixth at the Missouri Invitational … Placed fifth at the WAC Indoor Championships in the 5K with an indoor PR of 18:24.94.
