2015 – Indoor: Set season bests at the Bob Timmons Challenge in the 60-meter dash (7.25 seconds) and the long jumps (6.47 meters). Outdoor: Set a personal-best record in the 200 meters at the Tulsa Duels with a time of 23.56 seconds… Ran the 100 meters at the ESU Spring Open in a career-best 11.40 seconds… Also set a season-best record at the ESU Spring Open in the long jump, with a mark of 6.66 meters.
2013 -- Indoor: Recorded a personal best time of 7.21 in the 60-meter dash to place 18th in the preliminary at the Mule Relays (Feb. 2)… Placed 19th in the 200-meter dash at the Mule Relays (Feb. 2) with a personal best time of 23.98… Recorded a personal best mark of 22-01.50 (6.74m) in the long jump at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8) to place seventh… In the 60-meter dash events, took 15th (7.22) at the Bill Easton Classic (Jan. 5), 17th (7.23) in the preliminary round at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24), 47th (7.24) in the preliminary round at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8) and 21st (7.38) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 16)… In the long jump events, took second (21-10.00 – 6.65m) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6), ninth (21-05.25 – 6.53m) at the Bill Easton Classic (Jan. 5), third (21-03.50 – 6.49m) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11), 12th (20-11.75 – 6.39m) at The Summit League Championships and seventh (20-11.25 – 6.38m) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 2). Outdoor: Finished 11th at the Tulsa Duels in the 100 meter dash with a personal best time of 11.30… placed 32nd in the 400 meter dash at the PSU/Wendy’s Invitational with a personal best time of 54.35… placed 14th at the Tulsa Duels in the long jump with a mark of 6.17 meters, sixth at the Missouri Relays with a jump of 6.15 meters and 19th at the PSU/Wendy’s Invitational with a personal best mark of 6.43 meters… placed seventh at the PSU/Wendy’s Invitational as part of the 4x100 meter relay team with a time of 43.36… finished ninth at the Tulsa Duels as part of the 4x400 meter relay team with a time of 3:44.07.
High School -- Four-time all-conference athlete in track and field... Served as a team captain as a junior and senior... Received all-district and all-state honors during senior season and placed third in state competition... Recorded a season-best 22.5 mark in the long jump as a junior and a 22.6 mark in the long jump as a senior... Was part of four-straight first place conference title teams... Holds a school record for the second best mark in a long jump event... Played football as a running back and earned all-conference and all-state honors.
