2013 -- Indoor: Outdoor: Named to the Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence and to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar… finished eighth at the State Farm/ESU Relays in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 11:10.86… finished ninth at the Kansas Relays in the 10,000 meter run in a time of 38:02.15 and 10th at The Summit League Championships with a time of 38:06.09.
2012 -- Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Broke the UMKC school record in the 10,000 Meter Run (35:52.69) at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/19)... ranked No. 148 in the NCAA in the 10,000 Meter Run with a UMKC personal best time of 35:52.69 at the 54th Annual Mt. SAC Relays (4/19)... recorded UMKC personal best times in the 3,000 Meter Run with a time of 10:28.43 at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7) and in the 5,000 Meter Run with a time of 17:40.19 at the Missouri Relays (3/24)... finished fourth in the 3,000 Meter Run at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7) and in the 5,000 Meter Run at the Missouri Relays (3/24)... placed sixth at The Summit League Championships (5/10) and ninth at the Mt. Outdoor: Recorded a fifth place finish (4:52.36) in the 1,500-meter run event at the CMU Breast Awareness Invite (4/9)... finished first (17:57.27) in the 5,000-meter run event at the Missouri Relays (4/1)... finished second (37:10.90) in the 10,000-meter run event at the Kansas Relays (4/23).
2010 -- Indoor: led the Kangaroos in the 3,000-meter run... recorded a personal best time of 11:05.08 at the ISU Holiday Preview (12/11) in the 3,000 meters for a third place finish... placed 14th at The Summit League Indoor Championship (3/1) in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:53.97.
