Kansas City could not stop the Coyote attack, allowing 0.359 hitting
VERMILLION, S.D. – Kansas City was hoping for a three-match sweep of a week through St. Thomas, South Dakota State and South Dakota, but the home Coyotes were too much and handed the Roos a 3-0 (25-13, 25-17, 25-15) defeat Saturday afternoon at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center.

COACH CHRISTI POSEY, QUOTED
"I was disappointed in our effort today. South Dakota played well. They were solid in all aspects of the game, and we didn't put and pressure on them, so it felt like everything went their way. We certainly have work to do. We look forward to getting back in training mode next week."
