Relaying Roos Set Several Program Records in Fayetteville

FAYETTVILLE, Ark. -- Kansas City Track & Field came through with one of the best outings of the 2026 outdoor campaign, setting numerous program records on the men's side. Most notably, the relays were where the Roos shined, as the 4x100-meter relay saw Kansas City take the tape in 39.59 seconds, the fastest in school history. KC's previous record in this event was set at last year's Arkansas Twilight meet, with a time of 39.89 seconds.

Eyanagho, Perez-Vela Set School Records at Arkansas Spring Invitational
FAYETTVILLE, Ark. -- Kansas City Track & Field put together several impressive performances with two events won, two program records set and four top three finishes at the Arkansas Spring Invitational on Saturday afternoon. In short, Naomi Eyanagho and Jacky Perez-Vela set school records while Mariah Belmont took first place and Tory Lanham recorded a top 10 time in the country.

Eyanagho Throws School Record Shot Put Mark at CMU Invite
FAYETTE, Mo. -- Kansas City Track & Field put together a well rounded performance, excelling on multiple fronts at the CMU Invite this past Friday. The Roos were responsible for eight top three finishes with Naomi Eyangho and Mackenzie Doolin leading the way in the women's field events. Eyangho was atop the pack in the shot put, throwing a Summit-leading 14.69-meter toss in the first event of the day. Doolin followed that up by taking first in the high jump, leaping over the bar at a pace of 1.57 meters to lead all competitors in the event.
