2015 – Indoor: Set a personal-best mark in the high jump at the Carol Robinson Winter Pentathlon… Recorded a career-best time in the 600 meters at the Nebraska Tune-Up, finishing in 1:41.29… Threw a career-long 9.73 meters in the shot put at the WAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Set season-best marks in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.51) and triple jump (10.89 meters) at the WAC Outdoor Championships.
2013 -- Indoor: Recorded the fifth most points (3,169) in UMKC history in a pentathlon event to place seventh at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)… Clocked a personal best time of 9.68 in the 60-meter hurdles to place eighth at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19)… Set a personal best time of 59.54 in the 400-meter dash to place third at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 25)… Recorded a personal best mark of 4-09.75 (1.47m) in the high jump to place seventh at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1)… Set a personal best mark of 17-01.50 (5.22m) in the long jump to place fifth at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6)… Recorded a personal best mark of 38-02.00 (11.63m) in triple jump at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6)… Set a personal mark of 26-07.25 (8.11m) in the shot put at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19) to place seventh…Won the 800 meters event at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15) with a personal best time of 2:26.18… In the 60-meter hurdle events, placed 44th (9.91) in the preliminary round at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8) and ninth (11.27) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11)… Placed 13th (1:00.99) at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 12) in the 400-meter dash… Was part of a 4x400-meter relay squad that placed fourth (3:54.10) at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 12), 16th (3:54.82) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8), fifth (3:56.80) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25), third (3:58.32) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19), sixth (4:00.82) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6) and fourth (4:07.45) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11)… Placed sixth (4-07.50 – 1.41m) in the high jump at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15)… In the long jump events, finished 16th (17-01.50 – 5.22m) at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 25), 10th (16-08.50 – 5.09m) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19), eighth (16-07.00 – 5.05m) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11) and 15th (15-10.50 – 4.84m) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8)… In the triple jump events, took 10th (36-02.00 – 11.02m) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25) and second (35-10.00 – 10.92m) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19)… Placed 17th (26-02.75 – 7.99m) in the shot put at the UCM Classic (Feb. 25)… Placed fourth (2,989) in the pentathlon at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1). Outdoor: Named All-Summit League… recorded the fifth fastest time in school history in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:01.49 at The Summit League Championships to place fifth… registered personal bests in the 400 meter dash at the Missouri Relays with a time of 1:00.38 and in the triple jump at the State Farm/ESU Relays with a mark of 11.81 meters to place third… placed third at the Track-It Buster Invitational in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.54 and in the triple jump at the Tulsa Duels with a mark of 11.59 meters… placed third as part of the 4x100 meter relay team at the Missouri Relays in a time of 49.46 and second as part of the 4x400 meter relay team in a time of 4:09.30… finished third as part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the State Farm/ESU Relays with a time of 3:56.40, at the K.T. Woodman Classic with a time of 3:56.70 and at The Summit League Championships with a time of 3:48.47.
High School -- As a senior, served as a team captain under head coach Rick Voss along with winning the 100% Award and the Best Sprinter honor... Record season-best times of 25.57 (200 meters, school record), 58.75 (400 meters), and a mark of 37.82 in the triple jump during senior season... Was part of a group that placed eighth (4x400-meter relay) in state Class 4A State Competition in 2012... Was part of a 4x400-meter relay team that set a school record of 3:59.
