2009 -- Indoor... top runner for UMKC in the mile and 3,000 meters... took third at the Wildcat Invitational (1/31) with a personal best time of 10:47.29... landed fifth in the UMKC record books with the time of 5:15.38 in the mile at the Razorback Invitational (1/24)... finished fifth at the ISU Holiday Preview (12/5) and eighth at the KSU Invitational (1/17) in the mile... led off the 4x400-meter relay squad that placed fourth with a time of 4:26.02 at the ISU Holiday Preview... anchored the distance medley relay squad that finished seventh at The Summit League Indoor Championships (2/27)... Outdoor... recorded a fifth place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the Emporia State Relays (4/4) with a personal best time of 5:08.44... took fifth at the Tulsa Duels (3/21) in the 2,000-meter steeplechase and seventh in the 3,000 meters at the Kansas Relays (4/16)... finished sixth with a personal best time of 18:40.52 in the 5,000 meters at the Nebraska Invitational (4/11)... ran the third leg of the 4x1,760-yard relay team that finished fourth at the Kansas Relays... named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic all-League team.
