Kansas City fell to the hot-shooting Bengals, while having trouble finding their own range
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Three-point disparity was the difference in the game as Kansas City Men's Basketball fell to Idaho State this evening, 75-65. The Roos had trouble knocking down the three, shooting 8.7% from deep on the game, while the Bengals hit the triple at a 57.9% clip.

COACH MARVIN MENZIES, QUOTED
"It's going to be hard to beat a team when they can shoot the ball that well. (Idaho State) had lost a bunch of games by a total of eight points, and they've kept together and kept fighting."
"There are more opportunities to learn, more opportunities to grow, more opportunities to get better, and that's how you grow this thing. I'm still optimistic, but the concerns are the shooting right now. That's something we've got to shore up."

The Roos close their three-game home stand with a chance against first-year Division One opponent Lindenwood at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
