2013 -- Indoor: Outdoor: Recorded the fourth fastest time in school history in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 3:51.47 at the Saluki Open, to place first… named to the Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence and to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar… registered a personal best in the 5,000 meter run at The Summit League Championships with a time of 15:29.22… finished third at the Missouri Relays in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:58.98… finished second at the State Farm/ESU Relays in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 8:43.64.
2012 -- Indoor: Set a personal best time of 2:00.34 in the 800 meters to place second (Section 2) at the Jayhawk Classic (1/27)... Set a personal best time and finished with the fastest time in a 1,000 meters race for any UMKC runner during the season (2:36.10) to place first (Section 1) at the Bill Easton Classic (1/7)... Outdoor: Finished ninth (3:59.69) in the 1,500-meter run event at the WSU BCS Buster Invitational (4/3)... Competed in the two 4x400-meter relay events.
2010 -- Indoor: Ran middle distance for the `Roos during the indoor season... ran 1:23.71 in the 600-yard run for a personal record at the Bill Easton Classic (1/8)... took seventh at the Bill Easton Classic (1/8) in the 800-meter run... clocked in at 2:04.77 in the 800 meters at the ISU Holiday Preview (12/11) for a personal best... top-finish of the season was sixth in the 1,000 meters at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/5), ran a personal record in the event at the Jayhawk Invitational (1/29) with a time of 2:46.40... clocked in at 4:44.71 at the CMSU Classic (2/19) in the mile, finished 11th.
