Why Kansas City Athletics: "I chose Kansas City because I loved the coaching staff and felt confident in their leadership. I also connected well with the players I met and enjoyed the city and it all it has to offer!"
Coach Hoyt on Williams: "Landry is a player that we feel is a perfect fit in our program. She checks every box that we look for within our culture - competitive spirit, high energy, and an UNcommon mindset to pursue greatness both on and off the floor. Her shooting ability will allow us to have multiple shooters on the floor and stretch the defense. She also has great body awareness that allows her to expose mismatches and get to the rim. Landry comes from a great background. Her parents both played Division 1 basketball and have instilled a work ethic within her that we know will take her very far."
