Kansas City Women’s Basketball Announces 2026-27 Summit League Schedule

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Today, The Summit League released the 2026-27 women's basketball conference schedule.
Kansas City enters year one of Candi Whitaker's return to KC, with a 14-game conference season, with the Roos opening conference play on a two-game road trip to South Dakota, where they kick off league action Thursday, January 7th at South Dakota State, which advanced to the NCAA Tournament last season after winning The Summit League tournament.
Kansas City will return home for the conference home opener Thursday, January 14th to host last season's regular-season champions, North Dakota State.
The Roos also host North Dakota (Jan. 16), South Dakota (Feb. 4), South Dakota State (Feb. 6), St. Thomas (Feb. 18), Omaha (Feb. 20), and Oral Roberts (Feb. 27) at the Swinney Center.
Tip times and ticketing info will be released at a later date. Fans can jump to the front of the line on ticketing by filling out the Kansas City ticketing interest form.
