Lauren Parker scored the Roos' lone run of the game
GRAND FORKS, N.D. - Kansas City Softball (4-28, 1-8 Summit) was swept by North Dakota this afternoon, falling in the final contest of the three-game series, 4-1. Lauren Parker and Gianna Lickel logged KC's only hits of the day and Parker scored the Roos' run.

- Bottom 1 / 0-0 | After a pair off base runners got on for the Fighting Hawks, Riley Bebb was able to get out of the inning without any damage, getting a ground out and a pair of fly outs.
- Top 4 / 0-0 | Lickel gave the Roos their second base runner of the day and their first hit, leading off the fourth with a double and advancing to third before the end of the inning.
- Top 7 / 1-4 | The Roos responded to UND's offense with an attempted rally in the top of the seventh, scoring a run with two outs as Parker singled and came around to socre on a North Dakota error. The game would end on a fly out just one batter later.
