TULSA, Okla. — Kansas City Women's Soccer (7-6-3, 1-5) saw a handful of chances early but could not find the back of the net, falling 1-0 at Oral Roberts (8-6-2, 4-1-2). Maddie Sibbing put up seven saves, bringing her within one of her career high. The Blue and Gold battled away 15 shots from Oral Roberts, but a strong showing from the Golden Eagle's defense stifled a Kansas City comeback.

The well-placed shot was battled away just in front of the goal line by an Oral Roberts defender to keep the game scoreless.
- 43' / 0 – 0 | The Golden Eagles brought the ball down the field with pace, losing control momentarily but regaining it just outside the six-yard box. Sibbing came off her line quickly and made a diving play on the ball to keep the game scoreless.
- 48' / 1 – 0 | KC looked to clear a dangerous ball from Oral Roberts, but the block found Carson Arne who got a foot on the ball placing it in the top right corner.
- 89' / 1 – 0 | Adriana Benassi broke through two Oral Roberts defenders just inside the box. She fired a shot with her right foot, but the Oral Roberts keeper was positioned to make the save.
- Benassi earned one of Kansas City's three shots on goal this evening, bringing her to 13 this season. She landed another two shots on goal in Kansas City's win against North Dakota making her the only Roo to earn shots on goal in both matches.
- Following her seven-save night, Sibbing ranks first in the Summit in saves per game with 5.11. She has earned 46 saves across nine games and has notched five or more saves in six of her nine appearances.
- Six of Kansas City's starters played 80-plus minutes in the match. Sibbing, Sophia Limongi, Kinsley Smith and Emery Ruliffson played the full 90 minutes.
