The Fighting Hawks got ahead early and hung on to win their second game over the Roos
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City (6-32, 1-8) fell short in the final game of the series against North Dakota (6-32, 3-5) 2-0. The Roos gave up two runs in the second inning but would hold UND scoreless the rest of the game with a strong outing from Katie Noble in the circle. Kansas City struggled on offense with their only two hits on the game coming in the final innings.Â

- Top 1 / 0-0 | After UND put up two hits to start the game, Sydney Nichols turned a 6-4-3 double play and got out of the inning. North Dakota would go onto score two runs in the next inning.Â
