Preview: Men's Basketball Hosts Last Non-Con of the Season

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Coming off a crucial 67-57 road victory at California Baptist Saturday, Kansas City Men's Basketball (10-11) hosts non-conference opponent Crowley's Ridge (Ark.) tonight at 7 p.m. from Swinney Center. The Pioneers (7-12) out of Crowley's Ridge, members of the NAIA, will be the last non-conference opponent for the Roos this season. This also marks the first-ever meeting between the two programs.

Kansas City is led in scoring and rebounding by senior Javan White with 11.3 points and 7.2 rebounds. Junior Brandon McKissic chips in 10.5 points, while senior Jordan Giles averages 10.1 points. The Roos have won six-of-eight games at Swinney Center this year. The home court has proved favorable with the Roos scoring over 80 points, shooting 46 percent and forcing over 17 turnovers in the eight home games.
