2013 -- Indoor: Outdoor: Set the school record in the Javelin with a throw of 59.95 meters to finish first at the Mule Relays… named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll… finished third at the Tulsa Duels (57.94m) and fourth at The Summit League Championships (58.50m) in the javelin.
2012 -- Indoor: Set a personal best mark in the weight throw event of 40-01.50 (12.23) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2) to finish sixth... Placed eighth (35.06.00 - 10.82) in the weight throws event at the Kansas State Invitational (1/14). Outdoor: Broke the UMKC school record in the Javelin with a personal best throw (191-1) at the Tulsa Duels (3/17)... ranked No. 181 in the NCAA in the Javelin with a mark of 58.23m in the Tulsa Duels (3/17)... Placed fifth in the Javelin at the Tulsa Duels (3/17) and the Missouri Relays (2/23)... Named to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2011 -- Indoor: Set a personal best mark of 28-04.50 (8.65m) in the shot put to 10th at the Kansas State Invitational (1/15). Outdoor: Set a school record for the furthest throw (189-03 - 57.68m) in a javelin event to place fifth at the K.T. Woodman Invitational (4/16)... Won the bronze medal in the javelin event with a mark of 183-07 (55.97m) at The Summit League Championships (5/12)... Place fifth (182-06 - 55.64m) at the ESU Spring Twilight (3/17) and first (181-04 - 55.28m) at the Baker College Relays (3/25) in the javelin.
2010 -- Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: All-Summit League honoree... led UMKC in the javelin... broke the UMKC school record in the javelin at the Emporia State Relays (4/3) at 184-11.00 (56.36m) for a personal record... earned the silver medal in the javelin at The Summit League Championships (5/13) with a mark of 183-11.00 (56.07m)... recorded five top-six finishes in the javelin during the outdoor season... took third in the javelin at the Razorback Spring Invitational (3/27).

High School -- Holds the Mill Valley HS record in the javelin (195-11)... also holds the javelin record for the Kaw Valley League... was a two-time Regional Champion and Kaw Valley League Champion in the javelin... placed fourth at State as a senior... coached by Chris Dunback and Cory Wurtz... team took first at the conference level in 2008 and 2009... earned three varsity letters in basketball... was a Kaw Valley all-League First team member as a senior, honorable mention as a junior.
