2013 – Indoor: Recorded a personal best time of 9:07.60 in the 3,000 meters to place 15th at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)… In the 3,000 meters events, finished fourth (9:11.11) at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15) and 18th (9:16.96) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 2)… In the mile event, placed 12th (4:45.86) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19). Outdoor: Recorded a personal best in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:47.91 at The Summit League Championships to finish eighth and in the 5,000 meter run at the State Farm/ESU Relays with a time of 15:52.46… won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Track-It Buster Invitational with a time of 9:55.72.
2012 -- Indoor: Crossed the finish line at 9:17.66 to place 13th in the 3,000 meters event at the Varsity Apartments Invitational (2/4)... At the Jayhawk Classic (1/27), crossed the finish line at 9:21.35 in the 3,000 meters... Was clocked at 9:33.39 in the 3,000 meters at the Bill Easton Classic (1/7)... Placed 13th in the mile event at the Kansas State Invitational (1/14) with a personal best time of 4:41.51. Outdoor: Recorded UMKC personal best times in the 3,000 Meter Steeplechase with a time of 10:01.28 at the Missouri Relays (3/24) and in the 5,000 Meter Run with a time of 15:57.23 at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7)... finished fourth in the 2,000 Meter Steeplechase at the Tulsa Duels (3/17) and third at the Missouri Relays (3/24) and seventh at the Track-It Buster Invitational (4/27) in the 3,000 Meter Steeplechase.
High School -- Earned varsity award in Track and Field all four years... earned varsity award in Cross Country as a sophomore, junior, and senior... earned all-sectional in Cross Country as a junior and senior year... team captain and earned all-districts in Cross Country as a senior... In the 2009 state tournament, finished third in Class 4... In the 2010 state tournament, finished second in Class 4.
