2014 -- Indoor: Outdoor: Ran in the 800 four times, finishing 22nd at the State Farm ESU Relays (1:58.75) on 4/5), 11th at the Missouri Relays (1:59.89) on 4/12, 17th at the Arkansas Twilight (1:58.16) and 13th at the WAC Championships (1:58.41) on 5/16... finished sixth as part of the 4x400 meter relay team (3:21.96) at the WAC Championships on 5/17.
2013 -- Indoor: In The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25), finished seventh in the final round of the 800 meters with a personal best time of 1:58.28… Set a personal best time of 2:35.32 in the 1,000 meters to place 14th at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19), in what was the fifth performance in UMKC history… Set a personal best time of 4:25.09 in the mile event to place second in the Mule Relays (Feb. 2)… Placed sixth (1:58.63) in the preliminary round of the 800 meters at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)… Placed 12th (2:10.36) in the 800 meters at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15)… Placed 10th (4:35.20) in the mile at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15)… Took 17th (4:49.79) in the mile at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25). Outdoor: Named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar… ran career-bests in the 800 meter run in a time of 1:57.16 at The Summit League Championships, in the 1,500 meter run in a time of 4:24.53 at the Kansas Relays and in the 3,000 meter run in a time of 9:20.77 at the State Farm/ESU Relays… finished second at the Saluki Open with a time of 1:59.88 in the 800 meter run

2011 -- Indoor: Recorded a pair of fifth-place finishes at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/4) and the Missouri Invitational (1/7) in the 1,000 meters... ran a personal best 2:39.23 in the 1,000 meters at the ISU Open (1/22)... clocked in at 4:31.42 at the Iowa State Holiday Preview (12/10) in the mile for a sixth-place finish... finished fourth in the 3,000 meters with a personal best time of 9:04.57 at the ISU Open (1/22).
High School -- Earned first team all-conference honors in cross country as a sophomore... was second team all-conference in cross country as a junior and senior... posted the personal best time of 16:51 in the 5K as a senior... earned first team all-conference honors in the 3,200 meters as a sophomore... was second team all-conference in the 3,200, 1,600 and 800 meters as a senior... all-state for the 4x800-meter relay, team placed sixth in Class 4 with a time of 8:01... clocked in at 10:04 in the 3,200 meters, 4:33 in the 1,600 meters and 1:59 in the 800 meters as a senior for personal bests.
