2015 – Indoor: Set a personal-record in the 3,000 meters at the SDSU Jim Emmerich Invitational with a time of 8:43.22. Outdoor: Redshirt.
2013 – Indoor: Was part of a distance medley group that won the gold medal at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24) with a school-record setting time of 9:59.11… Set a personal best time of 2:05.04 in the 800 meters at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15) to place sixth… Recorded the third fastest time (4:11.45) in the mile event in UMKC history to place 28th at the Alex Wilson Invitational (March 2)… In the mile events, placed fourth (4:17.78) at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15), fifth (4:18.06) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8), eighth (4:19.42) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25) and third (4:21.12) at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 25)… Was part of a distance medley group that placed fifth (10:15.58) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8). Outdoor: Recorded the fourth fastest time in school history in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 3:51.47 at the Saluki Open to win the event… recorded a personal best in the 800 meter run at The Summit League Championships with a time of 1:56.08… registered a personal best in the 1,500 meter run at the Mt. SAC Relays in a time of 3:52.86… recorded a personal best in the 3,000 meter run to place third at the State Farm/ESU Relays in a time of 8:46.01.
