2015 – Indoor: Set a season-best mark in the shot put at the Bob Timmons Challenge with a throw of 13.74 meters… Placed second in the shot at the WAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 13.61 meters… Threw a personal-best 16.80 meters in the weight throw at the Indoor Championships, good enough to place third in the event. Outdoor: Set a season-long in the discus at the State Farm ESU relays with a throw of 39.66 meters… Threw a season-best 50.34 meters in the hammer throw at the Rock Chalk Classic… Took third-place in the shot put at the WAC Outdoor Championships with a season-long mark of 13.95 meters.
2013 – Indoor: Recorded a personal best mark of 41-07.25 (12.68m) in the shot put to place 12th at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25)… Set a personal best mark of 50-07.25 (15.42m) in the weight throw to place fifth at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15)… In the shot put events, placed fourth (41-05.75 – 12.64m) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6), fifth (41-04.25 – 12.60m) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11), fifth (40-09.75 – 12.44m) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1), fifth (40-07.00 – 12.37m) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19) and fourth (39-07.00 – 12.06m) at the Bill Easton Classic (Jan. 5)… In the weight throw events, placed sixth (50-00.50 – 15.25m) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19), fourth (49-00.25 – 14.94m) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6), 14th (48-04.00 – 14.73m) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24), 13th (48-03.50 – 14.72m) at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 25), seventh (47-08.50 – 14.54m) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11), 19th (47-05.00 – 14.45m) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8), 10th (45-08.00 – 13.92m) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1) and fifth (43-04.50 – 13.22m) at the Bill Easton (Jan. 5). Outdoor: Recorded the second best mark in school history in the shot put with a toss of 13.29 meters to place second at the PSU/Wendy’s Invitational, the fourth best mark in the discus with a mark of 42.90 meters to place seventh at The Summit League Championships and the fifth best mark in the hammer throw with a toss of 49.07 meters at The Summit League Championships to place ninth… recorded three top-fives and seven top-10’s in the shot put, three top-10’s in the discus and one top-five and four top-10’s in the hammer throw.
High School -- Four-time all-conference, all-district, and all-state honoree as a shot put and discus thrower... Set a school record for furthest throws in a shot put (44'11") and discus (130') event... Placed second in the Missouri Class 2 State Tournament three times in the shot put... Took eighth in the discus as a junior and third in the shot put at the Missouri Class 2 State Tournament... In conference action, placed first in the shot put each season, second in the discus twice, and third in the discus as a sophomore... Played on the varsity level in volleyball as a center... Played basketball as a post player and earned all-conference honors... In the classroom, was part of the National Honor Society (2011-12).
