2020 (Freshman): In a shortened season due to COVID-19 pandemic in which there were 19 games played, Friloux appeared in 10 games, with four starts all coming at second base... Also spent time at third base and was a pinch hitter... Batted in the seven-through-nine hole in the batting order... Did not record a base hit in 11 plate appearances... Scored one run and recorded one RBI... Had three walks... In first career KC game, recorded an RBI against Kent State (2/14)... Came away with first collegiate run scored against UT Arlington (2/15).

Personal: Younger sister of Alexandra, who played for the Roos from 2013-16.

The Kansas City Roos softball team dominated the Western Illinois Leathernecks with an 8–0 shutout victory, during their second home game of the season. The Roos set the tone early and never let up, controlling the game from the first pitch to the final out. Strong performances in the circle and at the plate fueled the win, giving the Roos a statement victory at home. The team will look to carry this momentum into their next matchup.

The UMKC Kangaroos opened their home schedule with a doubleheader against the Creighton Bluejays, marking the first home games of the season. Creighton took the first matchup with a final score of 6-2, putting the Roos on the board with an early loss before the teams returned to the field for game two. UMKC fought to keep momentum going into the second game as they looked to bounce back in front of the home crowd. The Roos ultimately fell in the nightcap as well, with the final score of game two ending at 9-0.
