2007 -- Indoor... led the team in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs... earned all-conference honors after finishing second in the 5,000-meter run (17:31.49) and placed fifth in the 3,000-meter run (10:07.34) at the 2007 Mid-Con Indoor Championships... the 3,000-meter time is a UMKC school record... was the runner-up in the 3,000-meter run (10:25.84) at the Missouri Invitational... finished 19th in the 5,000-meter run (17:41.90) and 24th in the 3,000-meter run (10:10.23) at the Iowa State Classic... 2006 -- Indoor... was the runner-up in the 3000-meters (10:21.65) at the EIU Mega Meet... Outdoor... took home fourth place honors in the 5000-meters (17:38.23) at the Kansas Relays... was the runner-up in the 5000-meters (18:07.43) and finished ninth in the 1500-meters (5:02.54) at the UMKC Invitational... all-conference in two events at the Mid-Con Championships... finished third in both the 5000-meters (17:35.76) and the 10,000-meters (38:31.36)... named to the Mid-Con Winter/Spring Academic all-Conference team and to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
High School -- Two-year letterwinner in cross country and four-year letterwinner in track and field... twice named to first-team all-district in cross country... conference champion in 800 meters in track and field as a senior... earned all-conference and all-district honors in track and field in 2003 and 2004... two-time first-team all-confernce academic selection in cross country... also garnered three letters in basketball, being named to first-team academic all-district in 2003... high school coach was Michael Wagner.
