2013 – Indoor: Clocked a personal best time of 10:35.69 in the 3,000 meters to place second at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15)… Recorded a personal best time of 5:30.10 in the mile event to place seventh at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19)… Took seventh (10:40.71) in the 3,000 meters at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1). Outdoor: Named to the Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence and to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar… recorded personal best at The Summit League Championships in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 18:17.79.
2012 -- Indoor: Recorded a personal best time of 11:00.66 in the 3,000 meters to finish fifth at the UCM Classic (2/17)... Placed 40th in the 5,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) with a personal best time of 19:48.08. Outdoor: Recorded UMKC personal best times in the 3,000 Meter Run with a time of 10:54.15 at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7) and in the 5,000 Meter Run with a time of 18:54.42 at the Kansas Relays (4/19)... finished seventh in the 3,000 Meter Run at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7) and eighth in the 5,000 Meter Run at the Track-It Buster Invitational (4/27)... Named to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic All-League Team and to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2011 -- Indoor: Competed in the mile event twice and set a personal best time of 5:44.19 at the KSU Invitational (1/15)... competed in the 3,000-meter run event three times and set a personal best time of 11:07.25 at the ISU Classic (2/11). Outdoor: Competed in the 5,000-meter run event three times and finished with a season-best time of 19:28.02 at the K.T. Woodman Invitational (4/16).
High School -- Was voted Team MVP and served as team captain for the cross country squad as a senior... ran for head coaches Kevin Brackman and Larry Laubenstein... earned four varsity letters in soccer, also served as team captain... was a first team all-district player as a senior... was on the Principal's Honor Roll as a freshman, sophomore and junior... on the Director's Honor Roll as a senior... also a member of National Honor Society, Student Government (serving as Senior Class Vice President) and in the choir.
