2013 – Indoor: Recorded a personal best time of 4:44.80 in the mile to place 11th in the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19)… In the 3,000 meters events, placed fifth (9:18.93) at the UCM Classic (Feb. 15) and 23rd (9:21.72) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 2). Outdoor: Named to the Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence and to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar… recorded personal bests in the 5,000 meter run at The Summit League Championships with a time of 15:43.30 and in the 10,000 meter run at the Kansas Relays with a time of 32:53.92.
2012 -- Indoor: Ran a personal best time of 9:10.34 in the 3,000 meters to finish ninth at the Varsity Apartments Invitational (2/4)... Finished eighth in the mile event at the Wildcat Invitational (1/21) with a personal best time of 4:45.26... Placed 14th (4:46.15) at the KSU Invitational (1/14) and eighth (4:48.96) at the Holiday Preview (12/9) in the mile event... Was a part of group that ran a 3:48.88 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Bill Easton Classic (1/7). Outdoor: Recorded UMKC personal best times in the 3,000 Meter Run with a time of 9:12.65 at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7) and in the 5,000 Meter Run with a time of 15:54.40 at the Kansas Relays (4/19).
