Finished seventh in the Oral Roberts Invitational (5K) with a personal best time of 16:37.49 on Sept. 17... Placed 226th in the Cowboy Jamboree (8K) with a time of 27:34.38 on Oct. 1... Crossed the finish line at 27:35 to place 262nd in the NCAA Pre-Nationals (8K) on Oct. 16... Finished 38th in The Summit League Championships (8K) with a time of 26:52.40 on Oct. 29... Placed 142nd in the NCAA Midwest Regional (10K) with a time of 35:03.54 on Nov. 12.
2010 -- Competed in six meets during the season... placed 55th at The Summit League Cross Country Championships (10/30) with a time of 27:27.2... ran a personal best at the Bradley Classic (10/15) in the men's 8K, finished 91st at 25:59... recorded three top-25 finishes during the season... finished 11th in the men's 6K at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/3), with a personal best time of 19:51.36.
2009 -- Competed in all five meets as a sophomore... finished 47th at The Summit League Championship (10/31)with a time of 28:32.70... top finish of the season was at the Missouri State Classic (9/19), ran a personal best in the 8K, clocking in at 26:65.2 for 13th... set a new personal record in the 10K at the Chile Pepper Festival (10/17) with a time of 33:18.01.
2008 -- Competed in all six cross country races for the Kangaroos... top finish of the season was 28th at the Missouri State Classic (9/20)... set a new personal best at The Summit League Championships (11/1) in the men’s 8K with a time of 27:47.3 for a 50th place finish... top time and personal record in the men’s 10K was 34:11.44 at the Arkansas Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (10/18)... was the top finisher for UMKC in the Bob Timmons Invitational (8/30).
High School -- Attended high school at De Soto... competed for the cross country and track and field teams all four years... earned all-conference honors in cross country and was all-conference in the two mile for track as a freshman and sophomore ... also was all-conference in the mile in track during sophomore year... was all-district sophomore, junior and senior year in cross county, and named team captain junior and senior years... was the track and field two mile conference champion, all-conference in the mile, and team MVP as a junior and senior... coached by Rich Charboneau (cross country) and Mark Sobol (track)... was a member and president of FCA for three years.
