2013 – Indoor: In the 800-meter events, placed 29th (2:21.71) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8), 13th (2:22.71) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24) and second (2:23.19) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 1)… Was part of a Distance Medley group that placed ninth (12:16.65) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8) and sixth (12:38.22) at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25). Outdoor: Named to the Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence and to The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll as a Distinguished Scholar… finished third as part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Missouri Relays with a time of 4:20.02 and second in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:21.97… won the Saluki Open in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:16.44
2012 -- Indoor: Recorded a personal best time of 1:33.95 in the 600-yard run to place fourth at the Kansas State Invitational (1/14)... Set a personal best time of 2:16.80 for the second best performance in an 800 meter race in team history to place eighth at The Summit League Championships (2/25)... Placed eighth in the preliminary round of the 800 meters at The Summit League Championships (2/24) with a time of 2:17.38, the third best performance in team history... Took 40th (2:20.16) at the Iowa State Classic (2/10), second (2:22.04) at the UCM Classic (2/17), and 16th (2:27.10) at the Varsity Apartments Invitational (2/4) in the 800 meter events... Was part of a distance medley group that placed fourth at The Summit League Championships (2/24) and set school record crossing the finish line at 12:06.63... Woodman Classic (4/14) and ninth at The Summit League Championships (5/12) in the 800 Meter Run... finished third at the State Farm/ESU Relays (4/7) and the K.T. Woodman Classic (4/14), fourth in the Missouri Relays (3/24) and The Summit League Championships (5/12) and fifth at the Track-It Buster Invitational (4/28) as part of the 4x400 Meter Relay Team... Named a Distinguished Scholar on The Summit League Winter/Spring Academic All-League Team and to the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.
2011 -- Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Recorded four top-five finishes in the 800-meter run events... finished with a personal best (2:17.26) at the WSU BCS Buster Invitational (4/30) in the 800-meter run.
High School -- Was a four-time all-conference and all-district athlete in track... holds the Kearney Senior HS record in the 800 meters at 2:15... also a school record holder in the 4x100, 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800-meter relays... earned all-state honors in track three years in a row and was all-state in cross country as a senior... team placed first at the conference and state level in 2009 in cross country... track team was conference champions in 2010 for Class 3... was a High School Scholar Athlete and a member of the Academic Sports Team from 2006-10... was with the National Honor Society, a Student Council Class Representative and a member of the science and K-Club.
