FARGO, N.D. - Kansas City Men's Basketball (4-24, 1-13 Summit) fell behind early and could not find traction against North Dakota State (23-6, 13-1 Summit) this afternoon, 95-59. Kasheem Grady II led Kansas City with 15 points on 6-of-12 shooting.
Trey Booker-Lowery threw down a dunk with 13:04 remaining in the first half that made the score 15-12 in favor of the Bison, but NDSU proceeded to go on an 18-2 run, building a lead that KC would not be able to overcome. The Bison led by 30 going into the half.
Kansas City kept things more competitive in the second half, where Grady scored 12 of his 15 points. KC held NDSU to 39 points in the second half after a 56-point first half.
The Roos return home next week for the final homestand of the season.
