Kansas City Notes
- Kansas City has made it through the first round of Summit League play and sits at the top of the table, boasting the only unbeaten record at 3-0-1. The Roos have 10 points, one more than Denver and four more than Oral Roberts.
- The Roos picked up a big win over ORU to stay ahead of the Golden Eagles in the standings on Wednesday, 2-1. It marked Kansas City's first win in Tulsa in the nine attempts, with the last win coming on Oct. 25, 2003.
- Kansas City is unbeaten in its last seven matches at 5-0-2, tying a program record. The last time the Roos went seven-straight without a loss came in 2003, when KC put together a 6-0-1 stretch from Sep. 28-Oct. 29.
- Three-time Summit League Offensive Peak Performer of the Week Elie Kisoka found himself on another award list this past week, earning the #69 spot in the Top Drawer Soccer Midseason National Top-100. Kisoka ranks top-three in the Summit in shots (45), goals (8), game-winners (4) and points (20).
- Raphael Kistmann made his way back onto the scene in Wednesday's win, scoring his second brace of the season. They were his first goals since the start of league play and gave him seven total on the year, third in the Summit.
- Julien Le Bourdoulous tallied an assist on Kistmann's 64th-minute game-winner, his fifth assist of the season. He stands alone in third place in the Summit League standings with that mark and is within one assist of his mark from last season.
