Kansas City currently holds the top position in the Summit League, boasting a strong 4-0 league record and an impressive overall season record of 13-3 as they prepare for an upcoming clash against Denver.
In a recent clash with SDSU, the Kansas City team collectively recorded 71 kills, marking their highest total of the season.
This victory was the Roos' fourth sweep of the season and the third time they kept their opponents under 20 points in any set.
In their recent match against ORU, Kansas City achieved a remarkable .349 hitting percentage, the second-highest of the season.
Leah Green received consecutive honors as the Summit League's Defensive Peak Performer of the Week and Female Athlete of the Month. Green made history as the first player in Kansas City Volleyball to win the Summit's Female Athlete of the Month award. Her stats include averages of 5.27 digs, 0.41 aces, and 0.94 assists per set, leading in digs per set and ranking second in aces per set
Sydney Henry set a new personal assist record with 629 assists, averaging 10.03 assists per set and securing the second spot in the Summit League rankings.
The Roos currently have at least one athlete ranked in the top 3 in six skilled areas within the Summit League.

Kansas City aims to maintain their edge against Denver and secure their second consecutive victory over them in as many years.
Denver continues their season with a 5-8 record following their 3-1 triumph against the St. Thomas Tommies.
Cassie Davis delivered a standout double-double performance, amassing 12 kills and setting a career-high with 14 digs.
Gianna Bartalo played a crucial defensive role, contributing an impressive season-high of 20 digs, while Cadi Boyer added five blocks to the mix.
Denver boasted three players achieving double-digit kills: Boyer, Fidelak, and Davis, with Fidelak achieving a season-high of 12 kills.
