COACH JESS SMITH, QUOTED
"We were obviously chasing the game today, and had to change our formation to get numbers in the attack. In doing so, we gave up space in the back. Our energy and fight just weren't good enough today, so I'm very disappointed coming off a good performance on Friday."
UP NEXT
The Roos return to Durwood Soccer Stadium for their next two games, taking on Iowa on Thursday at 7 p.m. and Creighton on Sunday at 2 p.m.
