Idaho Knocks Off Kansas City 6-1 in Dual Action

(Spokane, Wash.) - The Kansas City men's tennis squad was able to pull out one match win on Saturday, but in the end, fell 6-1 to WAC foe Idaho in Spokane.
The Vandals (4-6) won all three doubles matches and used that momentum to finish off the 'Roos (2-7) in singles play.
Idaho took straight set wins at the No. 1-5 spots, although the set scores were tight at the No. 2, 3 and 5 spots. Kansas City got on the board at the No. 6 position when sophomore Daniil Ivanov took a 6-3, 6-4 win though.
The 'Roos will face Lewis-Clark State and host Gonzaga on Sunday in Spokane.
