Kangaroo Men's Tennis Knocks Off Creighton, 6-1

(Omaha, Neb.) - Kansas City men's tennis continued to roll on Tuesday night, winning its third consecutive match, this time a 6-1 romp against Creighton on the road.
The 'Roos (9-10) took all three doubles matches over the Bluejays (7-7), including 8-3 and 8-4 wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 spots.
With the 1-0 lead, UMKC piled it on in singles play by winning the first two matches at No. 4 and 5 from Tomas Patino and Andrey Smirnov in straight sets. After Creighton pulled off a win at No. 6, UMKC tallied three more wins at the 1-3 positions, including three-setters in the No. 1 and No. 2 spots.
The 'Roos will face league foe Omaha on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
