Coach Posey on Mathis: "Nyle will add quality depth in the outside hitter group, as she is an explosive athlete with a terrific passing platform. She will train with our primary passers as we believe she has the potential and skill-set to become a six-rotation pin. She comes to us from a very disciplined training program, the well-respected Untouchables EPA out of Plano, Texas. Nyle is a very driven and focused student-athlete. Her quickness and athleticism is well suited to our offense and her determination to learn and grow will provide her the foundation to be an impact player in our program. We were all very excited when Nyle told us that she wanted to be a Roo."
