2008 -- Saw action in 12 matches and in a total of 17 sets on the year... finished with a total of nine digs on the season... made her UMKC debut against Louisiana Tech (8/30), where she tallied a pair of digs... had a career-high five digs in the 3-0 win over Chicago State (11/1).
At Highland Community College -- Played two seasons at Highland Community College, where she was the team's libero.
High School -- Second team all-Sunflower selection as a senior... also was a three-year letterwinner in track as a sprinter... also played club volleyball for the KC Twisters, the KC Diamonds and Gators... also was an academic letterwinner... member of the yearbook staff and the choir.
Personal -- Born on May 19, 1987 in Edmond, Okla... daughter of Debbie Jacobs and Neil Karlstrom... relative, Donna Jacobs, played collegiate softball at Wichita State... majoring in business administration.
