Outdoor... had personal bests in discus (133-6) and javelin (137-11) at the UMKC Invitational... also set a personal record in the hammer throw with a toss of 133-11 at the 2005 Mid-Con Outdoor Championships.
High School -- Four-year letterwinner... honorable mention all-conference performer in 2003... claimed 2004 district championship in the discus with a toss of 154-0... a sectional qualifier in shot and discus in 2004 ... also a three-year letterwinner in football.
