2019-20: Member of All-WAC Academic Team for outdoor season... Competed in five indoor meets... Finished second in the 800-meter run (1:54.01) at the WAC Championships (2/28)... Also was part of a 4x400 team to take fifth overall with a time of 3:28.02.
2018-19: Ran in six meets during the outdoor season... Set a PR in the 800-meters by taking third overall at the Arkansas Twilight (5/3) -- he ran it in 1:53.71... Finished fourth overall in the 800-meters at the WAC Outdoor Championships (5/9)... Made a new PR in the 1,500 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational (4/12)... Took first overall in the 1,500-meters at the Wichita State Herm Wilson Invitational (3/21)... For indoor season, competed in nine meets... Set a PR in the 1,000-meters at the Jayhawk Classic (1/25) with a time of 2:28.94... Was third overall in the 800-meters at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/12) with a time of 1:57.94.
2017-18: During outdoor season, competed in seven meets for KC... Ran a personal best time of 4:20.37 in the 1,500-meter run at the Emporia State Spring Invite... Ran a personal best time of 50.25 in the 400-meter dash at the Jimmy John's ORU Invite... Helped lead the Roos 4x400 team to a third place at the Kansas Relays and the WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Finished sixth in the 800-meter run at the WAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Competed in five meets during the indoor season... Ran a personal best time of 2:35.56 in the 1,000-meter run at the Jayhawk Classic to finish fourth... Ran a personal best time of 1:25.52 in the 600-meter at the Nebraska Tune-Up... Helped lead the Roos DMR team to a fourth place finish at the WAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
