2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
2020 Indoor: Competed in one meet, the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic, in the 5,000-meters... Took top medalist honors with a time of 17:02.61... That effort set a new personal best in the 5,000-meters.
2019 Cross Country: All-WAC Academic Team... Participated in six cross country meets... Finishing third overall at the Bob Timmons Classic, set a new personal record in the 5K with a mark of 19:11.5... Came in second on the team and 18th-place overall at the WAC Championships with a time of 22:17.75... Established personal best in 6K at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 21:20.4, taking eighth overall... Second Roo to finish at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a time of 22:24.8 in the 6K.
2019 Outdoor: Competed in five meets as a Roo... Participated in 1500, 3000 and 5000-meter events... Best finish was second at the Wichita Herm Wilson Invitational in the 5,000-meters (17:39.13)... Set a personal record in the 1500-meters with a clocking of 4:41.49 at the Arkansas Twilight.
2019 Indoor: Completed in four meets at Kansas City... Was all-conference perfomer with her sixth-place finish at the WAC Indoor Championships in the Distance Medley Relay... Her unit posted a time of 12:37.55... Established a career best in the Mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 5:13.02.

2017 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for UMKC … Turned in a personal-best time of 4:44.39 in the 1,500-meter run at the Rock Chalk Classic to finish ninth overall … Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Emporia State Relays with a time of 10:21.89 … Finished the 5,000-meter run in 18:13.92 at the KT Woodman Classic.

2016 (MidAmerica Nazarene): Outdoor- Placed second in the 10,000M at the HAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 43:03.58 … Ran a leg on the 4x800M relay that placed third at the HAAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:43.56 … Ran a leg on the 4x800M relay that won the race with a time of 10:01.27 at the Ottawa University Track Meet … Placed second at the Baker Relays in the 10,000M with a PR of 40:49.39.
