Patty Corker joined the UMKC staff as an administrative assistant in July 1999. She handles a variety of administrative duties for all staff members within the intercollegiate athletics department and helps with office management duties for the department's senior management team.
Corker previously worked at the NCAA national office, where she served as a staff assistant to the Director of Student-Athlete Reinstatement.
Originally from Overland Park, Kan., Corker attended Pittsburg State University.
Corker and her husband, John, have four daughters: Maggie, Sadie, Cassie and Lacy, and live in Shawnee, Kan.
