Shae Crowley is in her third year as an assistant coach with the UMKC softball program. Crowley works primarily with the outfielders and aides in the strength and conditioning program.
A four-year letterwinner at Benedictine, Crowley earned NAIA Scholar Athlete honors as both a junior and a senior. She was also recognized as an honorable mention all-conference honoree in the Heart of America Conference as a junior. During her senior season, she played in 43 of Benedictine's 45 contests, where she batted .331, with two home runs and 22 RBIs on the year as Benedictine put together a 23-22 overall record. She was recognized as a second team all-conference selection that season.
Crowley graduated cum laude in 2007 from Benedictine College, earning a bachelor of arts degree in history. She is currently working towards her master's degree in higher education administration at UMKC.
