2012-13 -- Played in 20 games as a true freshman, starting six times... Got his first career start against Iowa State (12/19)... Scored in double figures one time in a start against Utah Valley (1/9), tallying 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting, including 3-of-4 from three... Logged his career-high of 17 minutes on two occasions vs. Utah Valley and at North Dakota State... Scored points in six games, averaging 1.8 per game... High School -- Attended Hargrave Military Academy (Prep School), after four years at North Springs High School... He also served as the team captain, earned Offensive Player of the Year and Coca Cola Athlete honors... He led the team in free throw shooting three consecutive seasons, and earned Offensive Player of the Year and first-team all-conference accolades as a junior as well, averaging 27 points, five boards, two assists and two steals a game... Also earned honorable mention all-conference as a sophomore... He holds the school record for points in a career, as well as the single game scoring record with 56 points... Played for the New England Storm (four years) and Team Georgia Elite (two years) in AAU ball each summer... Has a second degree black belt in Taekwondo... A good student as well, he earned Greater North Fulton County Civic, Academic, Athletic Award.
