2015 – Indoor: Set a personal-record in the 800 meters at the Tiger Invitational with a time of 2:05.64. Outdoor: Set a season-best time in the 400 meters at the ESU Spring Open with a time of 52.59 seconds… Ran to a season-best 58.27 time in the 400-meter hurdles at the ASU Red Wolf Open.
2013 – Indoor: Recorded a personal best time of 51.32 in the 400-meter dash to place ninth in the preliminary round at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 24)… Set a new personal best time of 1:15.61 in the 600-yard run event at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8) to place ninth… Was part of a 4x400-meter relay squad that won the bronze medal at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 3:22.50… In the 400-meter dash events, placed 19th (51.56) at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 12), 10th (51.91) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 2) and 22nd (52.70) at the Jayhawk Classic (Jan. 25)… Recorded the best time (9.49) of any Kangaroo in a 60-meter huddles event, which came with a sixth place finish at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19)… In the 600-yard run events, placed seventh (1:16.21) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11) and sixth (1:16.28) at the Wildcat Invitational (Jan. 19)… Was part of a Distance Medley group that placed fifth (10:15.58) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8)… Was part of a 4x400-meter relay squad that placed fourth (3:20.40) at the Bob Timmons Challenge (Dec. 6), third (3:21.22) at the Jayhawk Challenge (Jan. 11), seventh (3:21.69) at the Holiday Inn Invitational (Jan. 12) and 23rd (3:24.91) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8)… Was part of a 4x440-yard relay squad that placed second (3:25.16) at the Mule Relays (Feb. 2). Crossed the finish line at 7.55 in the 60-meter dash at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/2) for a new personal best time... Placed 19th in the 300-meter dash at the Holiday Preview (12/9) with a personal time of 37.05... Finished 19th in the 400-meter dash at The Summit League Championships (2/24) with a personal best time of 52.07... Took 10th in the 600-yard run at the Iowa State Classic (2/10) with a personal best time of 1:16.05... Placed fourth (1:17.56) in the 600-yard run event at the Kansas State Invitational (1/14)...
