Leonetti Given Academic All-League Designation

The senior from Topeka, Kansas was on the Summit League Academic Honor Roll in 2024
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Kansas City's Luke Leonetti was named to the Summit League's Academic All-League Team, the conference announced on Thursday afternoon. Leonetti completed his senior season for the men's golf program while holding a 3.904 GPA as a business administration major and boasted a 3.85 GPA this past semester.Â
Leonetti is no stranger to high academic recognition as the product of Washburn Rural High School was on the Summit League Academic Honor Roll after his sophomore campaign in the 2023-24 season. Leonetti appeared in 16 rounds over his career for the Roos, 10 of which came in his junior year while six were in this past season.Â
Leonetti averaged 75.7 strokes per round across his 10 rounds in the 2024-25 season, shooting one round at-or-below par. As a senior, Leonetti appeared in six rounds, shooting 79.9 strokes per round across the 2025-26 season.Â
