Kansas City went for six hits in the lone game of the day
LAFAYETTE, La. - Kansas City Softball (0-8) fell short at the hands of Louisiana this evening in a game that was called early due to inclement weather, 9-2. Lauren Parker provided a spark for the Roos, reaching base twice on a base hit and a walk, driving in one of KC's two runs. She also tallied a pair of putouts in center field. The Roos' second scheduled game was canceled due to the weather.
